- Mandatory refusal to hear any case before him that involves a campaign contributor to Buckel as Legislator or Judge, for two years.
- Two year disqualification from hearing any case where a party is represented by an attorney who contributed to his judicial campaign.
- Promote independent adjudication of any motion asking Buckel to refer the case to another judge.
